Classroom Ideas

Teachers and pupils can discuss what a transistor radio is and if they are used today. What has changed in technology? As an example, they could consider the differences between the speaker, radio and television. The class can make a list of the technology that they use today and discuss these with parents or carers at home, comparing what technology they had when they were at school. Pupils could work in groups to present findings of their research.
