Classroom Ideas

After watching the clip, ask pupils to come up with a range of other shopping-based scenarios. Provide them with some simple guidelines for the law on consumer rights. Ask them to use the guidelines to work out a solution to the scenarios. The students could then share their scenarios with the class.
