Classroom Ideas

This clip can be used in a lesson on explanation. Pupils can watch the clip and be each asked to write down or remember five facts. Pupils could then be asked to write each fact down and explain it. Ultimately, this can become a full explanation of how dinosaurs lived which pupils can write up and then read to the class. Children could use this as a basis for writing a recount of an event or writing from the perspective of one of the dinosaurs.
