Young performers involved in a piece called 'Turning Point' share their experiences of contact improvisation. They experiment with weight sharing and try a range of lifts which then progress into turns. Safe practice is highlighted with emphasis on correct hand grips. The young people share their thoughts and feelings on performing in this style and we see them dancing a section from the finished work.
