London Meeting - 26th June - Racial Slurs

Created on 17 Jun 2014

Editorial Policy Monthly Meeting

11.45am to 12.45pm, Thursday 26 June 2014

Media Café, NBH, London

Is it ever acceptable to use racially offensive language in our output?

What are the pros and cons for programme teams? Or is it just a matter of right and wrong?

Using examples from different genre areas, this month’s editorial policy meeting will examine the issues facing programme makers and explore the complexities involved.

The meeting is open to all.
