Having trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, Amanda has already appeared in a number of high profile films, including An Education and The Boat That Rocked
Amanda's also a regular face on TV, featuring in Casualty, Holby Blue, Doctors, Merlin Empathy and Dogface.
Amanda won the 2004 Junior Best Actress Award in the Sir Michael Caine Drama Awards for her performance in Now And Then, following it with the Best Actress Award in 2005 for her portrayal of Agness in Agness of God.
"It all happened so quickly but I'm really excited to be working on EastEnders," says Amanda. "It's an amazing group of people and they are great to work with."
