About Ross Kemp
Ross is a big fan of sport. His particular passion's rugby. He's played for Brentwood RFC, Maidstone and the Saracen 2s. However, Ross doesn't partake in the rough and tumble of rugger these days, because he "no longer bounces!"
He supports West Ham football team.
Ross enjoys his cars and motorsports too. In 2001 he took the chance to work as a truckie for the Jordan F1 team and was pit crew for the British Grand Prix.
He's an all round athlete who can ski, play tennis, run, ride and scuba dive.
Recently, Ross starred in the second episode of Ricky Gervais's BBC comedy series, Extras. He played a deluded actor obsessed by the SAS.
He's had roles in a number of gritty TV dramas, including In Defence, Without Motive, The Crooked Man, Hero of the Hour and the action packed SAS series Ultimate Force.
In 2003, Ross starred as Cinne in the American remake of the 1960's epic film Spartacus. He also had a leading role in the thriller, Line in the Sand, aired on TV in 2004.
Ross took part in the BBC's reality documentary Alive in Alaska (1999), in which he had to fend for himself in the Alaskan wilderness.
Before joining EastEnders, Ross starred in Emmerdale as Dolly Skilbeck's illegitimate son, Graham Lodsworth.
