The Cold Case squad receive an anonymous email which leads them to a body buried in waste ground. The team discover that the remains are that of a right-wing, political activist from the early 1990's. But when they do some digging into the man's past, they discover the deceased was not who he claimed to be, but in fact he had a hidden agenda of his own.
