Sylar shot Maya dead after she found out he killed her brother. Matt and Nathan teamed up with Hiro to stop Peter and Adam. Peter switched sides and finally destroyed the virus. Hiro dealt Adam an ironic blow by burying him in his father's coffin. Elle found Sylar in Mohinder's lab and tried to capture him single-handed. H.R.G came back from the dead but had made a deal with Bob to work for The Company. Nathan was in the middle of a press conference to expose the truth about his abilities when he was shot dead.
