Season 1

We first met Angela doubting Peter's claim that he had special abilities. But it soon became clear that Angela was a key player in the previous generation of heroes. She supported the plan to destroy New York and worked alongside Linderman. She wanted Nathan to be the man the country turned to after the disaster. She also knew that Nathan's biological daughter, Claire, had survived the fire but she let Nathan believe she was dead. The Haitian protected Claire under Angela's orders.

Season 2

Angela was devastated that Peter was dead, and things got a lot worse when she was implicated in the murder of Kaito Nakamura. Luckily for her she was cleared and the real murderer, Adam Monroe, was found.

Season 3

Following the death of Bob, Angela took charge of The Company. Secrets started to emerge and we discovered that Sylar was her son, although this was later proved a lie. She also revealed that Arthur gave Nathan his ability. In a nightmare, Arthur told Angela that her ability to see the future was too dangerous. Upon waking, she realised she was trapped. However, in her comatose state, she was able to project the Pinehearst logo to Peter, and to later send Sylar to save him. When Matt rescued Angela from her predicament, she revealed the existence of a catalyst to Peter, Nathan and Claire, and then sent Peter to kill Arthur. In the Volume 3 finale, Angela was taken hostage by Sylar. She knew who his real parents were, but as Sylar was stabbed in the back of the head by Claire, the secret remained safe. At the beginning of Volume 4, Angela attempted to distract Claire from finding out about Nathan's plan, but she realised she'd failed when Claire overheard their phone conversation. When Nathan called her for reassurance after the plane crash, she told him he had to sort his own mess out. In H.R.G's memories, Angela confirmed that The Company had shut down. And it was discovered that she had teamed up with H.R.G to infiltrate Nathan's plans. Her agenda was still unknown. Angela denied any involvement with 'Rebel', despite having access to the same information. She added to Nathan's problems when she whispered in his ear some of her own special insight. Noah tried to deflect The Hunter's attentions from Nathan to Angela, implying that she had the ability to fly. She easily sparred with The Hunter, who backed off when she revealed she'd uncovered one of his secrets. However with Nathan exposed and H.R.G. unable to protect her, Angela was forced to flee. Cornered in a lift, she was rescued at the last moment by Peter. She asked to be taken to a church, and it was here that she received a vision. Acting on it she set the family a new goal - to find Nathan and Claire and bring their family back together. Angela then directed her family to Coyote Sands, where she prepared to reveal her darkest secret. She had once lived there, with her sister Alice. It was also here that The Company was founded. Angela discovered that her sister Alice was alive and after trying to kill Angela - Alice disappeared. Angela pulled the rest of her family together to fight back against Sylar's new reign of terror. After he killed Nathan, she talked Matt into wiping Sylar's mind, forcing Sylar to take on Nathan's persona.
