Your Reviews: Episode 3

Christopher Fairbank as DS Curling

We asked for your comments on Five Days, you said:

"I'm 110% sure that Matt isn't involved. Is it just me or has the rather large truck that was in Episode 1 been overlooked? I don't even recall this coming up on the CCTV footage, I'm sure there is a connection here."

Fiona McWilliams, Gourock

"Totally absorbing."
"Totally absorbing from start to finish. This was made even more moving by the haunting soundtrack playing when Matt was told they'd found a body. I can't work out the link between the dead flower seller and Leanne and where her ex is going to fit in."

Kate, Tunbridge Wells, Kent

"A fine drama ruined by turning it into a musical. The so-called background music is so much in the foreground that speech becomes difficult to hear and even the whispers have to be at 40 decibels. It does however give your fingers on the volume control lots of exercise but seriously detracts from the content."

John I Jones, Mold

"A good drama spoiled by over-the-top conicidences."
"I was really gripped by this drama at the start and thought 'Brilliant, I can't wait for the final episode'.

But moving on from the first episode I find some of the events a bit unrealistic. Would the police really have allowed the dog shelter man to approach the victims house to talk to the family? And are all female detectives Prime Suspect wanabees?

The public relations lady went jogging and 'coincidently' nearly gets knocked off the road by a senior police investigator visiting that day.

The parents of the victim are driving to the airport. Guess what ... they drive past the dog shelter man, who not only gave a dog to the victim, but also visited the victims house, and now they drive past him when he's walking his dogs. SIGH...

A good drama spoiled by over-the-top conicidences and unrealistic behaviours by the police."

Marcel, Leicester

"I'm so glad Rosie was safe. But the plot thickens. I personaly think Gary has something to do with it How I don't know yet, but he seems a tad guilty in front of the children.

Leanne is alive and was running away with Gary, well that's one of several theories I have. The flower man I believe was giving chase to the lorry and now he's dead!

I wish it was on Friday and the weekend. I'd rather watch Five Days than Fake Big Brother."

Mark, York

"Thoroughly enjoying this drama. I'm sure there are a myriad of twists still to be revealed.

Only criticism is the scheduling. Couldn't we have had this as a Monday to Friday series? All in five days? Don't know how I'll cope until Tuesday for the next instalment."

TBird1, Bradford
