Rachael Stirling
Rachael's a fairly new face on the television block, but with Diana Rigg as her mother, she's certainly got acting pedigree. Her most memorable role to date was in Tipping the Velvet, the historical lesbian drama, alongside Keeley Hawes.

Rachael made her first appearance on the stage, starring in Othello at the National Youth Theatre in 1997.
Her first screen appearance was a year later in the British comedy film Still Crazy. A great start in films, her co-stars included such greats as Stephen Rea, Billy Connolly, Timothy Spall and Jimmy Nail.

Other film projects have included Maybe Baby, Complicity (with her Tipping the Velvet co-star Keeley Hawes), Another Life with Vanity Fair's Natasha Little, The Triumph of Love starring Mira Sorvino, and Redemption Road.
Her first TV break was when she starred in American mini-series In the Beginning - charting God's creation of the universe and mankind. Rachel got to act opposite such luminaries as Jacqueline Bisset and Art Malik.

Rachael most famous TV role was, of course, Tipping the Velvet.
