Jack EllisJack Ellis

You may know Jack best as bent prison warder, Jim Fenner, in Bad Girls. As well as playing various hard nuts for TV, Jack's also an accomplished Shakespearean actor and has performed with the RSC. He's also appeared in crime dramas Prime Suspect and Waking the Dead.

What's he been in?

  • As well as being a fixture in prison drama Bad Girls as nasty Jim Fenner, Jack's also been a regular in Prime Suspect playing DI Tony Muddyman. He's popped up in Casualty, Heartbeat, The Knock and The One That Got Away.

  • Jack's early roles were in feature films such as Unfinished Business, Remember Me, Emoh Ruo and Hollywood Heartbreak.

  • His stage work includes Don Pedro in Much Ado About Nothing, Tartuffe and Orsino in Twelfth Night for the Royal Shakespeare Company.
