After stepping behind the camera to direct three episodes of Doctors earlier this year, Todd Carty made a welcome return this week, but this time in front of the camera in a dramatic guest role.
Todd played Kev Blake, a working class guy who was struggling to come to terms with the emotions unleashed by the recent death of his wife. His grief and the responsibility of solely looking after his six year old son, led Kev to have a few drinks too many down the pub.
After realising alcohol wouldn't numb his pain, Kev found himself stood in the middle of a remote country road. A car was heading straight for him and had no hope of stopping...
