Martin this looks like a good product but I personally would have gone down the distribution route to Adila. Also look to tie up bespoke skinz with likes of John Daly and his wacky clothing range ! and some licensing for example The Simpsons, Disney, and other major films/characters.

I can see clearly the advantage of putting the protective material on your golf clubs, but in your presentation you haven't said what the material is made out of, its durability, how much it costs to produce and how much it retails at.
Depending on the answers to these questions will determine whether people are likely to purchase the protective coating.
I would also argue that you would have to sell an awful lot of these "skins" to warrant your business valuation at £714,285.71
I feel that the small amount of equity you asking for could potentially irritate the online dragons.
