New Who FAQ

You may have noticed that our Frequently Asked Questions page has been looking a bit long in the tooth recently.

As of today, however, we've given it a shiny new makeover to match the new site design, and added the answers to a whole load of extra questions.

Part of the reason for doing this is that we're inundated with requests for information at our busiest time of the year - and it can take while to respond to you. So hopefully the new FAQ will hep you get the answers you want, quickly.

Please bear in mind that we are unlikely to respond to emails if we feel your question is covered in the FAQ. That said, there are plenty of things that do still need individual responses, and we will continue to deal with those, where applicable, as before.

The FAQ will be updated regularly to cover new topics that arise.
