How long will my Trailer be saved for?
Your Trailer and unique code will be kept on the system for six months, so you'll have plenty of time to revisit your creation.
Can you put my favourite clip into the Trailer Maker?
Unfortunately due to legal reasons we're only allowed to put footage from Doctor Who promotional material into the Trailer Maker.
Can I embed my Trailer into a website?
At this time this function isn't available, however it is something we are looking at developing.
I made a mistake. Can I edit my trailer once it has been saved?
You can save your Trailer as many times as you like, but each time you do so it will be given a different unique code.
How does 'Share Your Trailer' work?
'Share Your Trailer' allows you to email a link to your Trailer to your friends. The email is sent automatically on your behalf by the BBC. To send an email you need to enter your name, your friend's name and their email address.
What does the BBC do with this information?
The details you provide will not be used for any purpose other than sending the link to your Trailer to your friend. The BBC will not store, use or transfer these details to any third party. www.bbc.co.uk/privacy
I think this service has been abused. What can I do?
It is not possible to verify the e-mail address or name of the sender with such a service. If you wish to complain about this email, please forward it in its entirety to webweaver@bbc.co.uk
The BBC will only use the information you supply to share your trailer with your friend. Your details will not be kept or shared outside the BBC.
