When will Doctor Who be aired in my country?
Once we sell the rights to an overseas broadcasting company, we no longer have any control/information/feedback about its distribution. We suggest you check with the channel which airs the show in your country, they would know more.
Why can I only get narrowband video?
Currently, the BBC only sends broadband video to license payers within the UK. Sorry.
Why can't I see any of the Series Four videos outside the UK?
For Series Four, we have moved to using Flash Video. We are currently not allowed to stream Flash Video overseas without the involvement of BBC Worldwide, however. We are working on a solution to resolve this.
Why can't I use the Comic Maker or Trailer Maker?

Will there be or is there an exhibition in my country?
We aren't aware of any tours currently abroad or planned for the future. A good place to go would be www.doctorwhoexhibitions.com.
Any official tours would be listed here. Although, this doesn't mean some avid fans in your country won't organise their own unofficial exhibition. I suggest search the internet to see if anything is happening.
Why don't you come to my country and film here instead?
Maybe we will one day, that is, if we haven't already. Although, we don't take requests, it really depends on up and coming storylines.
What Doctor Who merchandise, including DVD's, Book, toys, etc. are available in my country? Where can I buy them?
This really depends on what country you are from. Start by looking into you respective regional BBC shop (if you have one!)
i.e. If you live in America, email the BBC America shop (although not all merchandise is available through them).
Many other online and high street stores local to you will stock Doctor Who merchandise by importing it from the UK.
Also, try contacting UK sellers to organise importing yourself. Many are happy to arrange international postage for an additional fee.
NOTE: If purchasing DVD's please make sure they are in the correct region for your DVD player. Also, certain DVD's aren't available in other countries due to licensing laws e.g. Doctor Who: The Movie
Why can't I use the text service aboard?
Sorry there is no international coverage available for this service and no plans to expand it either.
