A new Christmas short story by new series writer Paul Cornell is set to appear in the 22 December edition of the Daily Telegraph.

Called The Hopes and Fears of All the Years, the story will also be available to read on the Telegraph website from Christmas Eve.

The story has been illustrated by Doctor Who Magazine comic strip artist Mike Collins.
