Welcome back...

Welcome back...

Radio Times cover heralds the return of the Cybermen.

After a gap of 18 years, the deadly Cybermen return to our TV screens next Saturday night at 7pm. To welcome back one of the most popular monsters in Doctor Who's history, the Radio Times boasts a striking front cover - a close-up photo of the newly redesigned steely killers.

That's not all, however - each issue of the Radio Times will come with a free Doctor Who sticker album, poster and the first of four sets of stickers. The next three issues will carry the rest of the sticker sets that complete the collection.

There's a new hour-long documentary celebrating the return of the Cybermen on BBC Four at 8.15pm on Saturday 13 May (right after Doctor Who Confidential finishes on BBC Three). Machine Men looks back at robots, cyborgs and androids in fact and fiction, from C-3PO in Star Wars through to Marvin the Paranoid Android and - of course - the terrible Cybermen.

Blue Peter will be getting into the Cyber-craze too. Next Monday's edition (15 May) will show presenter Gethin going behind the scenes on the making of these two thrilling episodes - including the moment that Gethin gets to play a Cyberman himself.

You can find out for yourself exactly what the metal monsters are planning in Rise of the Cybermen, this week's new episode of Doctor Who. Don't miss it!
