Scream of the Shalka

Part one of our fortieth anniversary, fully-animated adventure starring Richard E Grant is now online.

Written by Paul Cornell, Scream of the Shalka features the Ninth Doctor finding trouble on present-day Earth. Why are the streets deserted? What lurks under the ground? And why isn't there any Pachelbel on the jukebox?

Scream of the Shalka also features Sophie Okonedo as Alison and Craig Kelly as her boyfriend Joe.

This is the first Doctor Who webcast to be animated by Cosgrove Hall, the company behind such hits as Dangermouse and our very own Ghosts of Albion.
