Peter McKinstry: "Again another really exciting thing to design. I wanted it to be heavy looking, almost like a lead pipe. Also, I wanted it to look like the Master has made this on Earth. It also needed to be bigger than the Doctor's, like the Master could show off with it. Nick Robatto, one of our prop makers, did a fantastic job making the prop - everyone had a play with it!"
