(1) "What's behind the door?" asks a nervous Amy. And then - a monster with big teeth and a strange man talking! "He isn't speaking to the monster, is he?" Amy enquires. "No", says Harry excitedly, "he's talking to us!"
(2) The whole family roars with laughter at the chase sequence.
(3) Amy's critical of the production techniques and points at the white line surrounding Elton's face - "You can see part of the camera!"
(5) A cheer for Elton John's brief appearance.
(6) Shop dummy attack! Harry sports an incredulous grin. "Cool," says Samuel. Then the Slitheen ship zooms overhead. Adam: "I remember this. Whahey!" "I bet it'll be the Sycorax next!" enthuses Harry, barely able to contain himself.
(8) Mum's not impressed with Elton's geeky choice in music: "ELO? Oh, how sad." But to her disbelief, Dad and the kids are jigging along to Mr Blue Sky. "This is the best way to start a Doctor Who!" yells Samuel.
(10) Elton meets Ursula on the park bench. "You know who she is, don't you?" enquires Samuel. Adam: "Yeah! It's Moaning Myrtle!" Consternation when Ursula screams. "What happened to her?" asks Adam nervously.
(13) The team have called themselves LINDA. Adam: "It should be Lynda with a Y!"
(14) LINDA are singing. "Oh no!" moans Samuel. "Cover your ears everyone." Adam agrees: "They're terrible." No-one in the room can quite believe what they're seeing, but they're all loving it!
(15) Mr Kennedy arrives. "Which one's Linda?" Amy asks Dad. "They all are," he replies. "Oh," she says, then adds, "except for they boys." Before Elton can correct Mr Kennedy's pronunciation of 'eggZEEma', Adam and Samuel have both shouted out: "You mean eczema!" So Mr Kennedy's explanation makes them both laugh.
(16) Torchwood gets a cheer. Mum laughs when she hears the X-Files style incidental music.
(17) Samuel knows what's going on: "I bet he's an alien in disguise." There's an off-screen scream as Bliss meets an unseen fate. Adam is shocked. "See, I told you so," gloats Samuel.
(19) Bad Wolf gets a cheer! "This episode's got everything in it!" declares Harry. "Where's the Doctor and Rose?" wonders Amy.
(20) "Ha ha! It's Jackie with her washing," grins Adam. Amy smiles - Jackie is being rude, flashing her knickers! The unexpected ease with which Elton tracks her down makes everyone laugh and laugh. "She's falling into his trap!" says Samuel. "I think it may be the other way round," suggests Dad.
(22) "I don't think she should do that," says Harry, as Mr Kennedy asks Bridget to stay behind.
(25) Lots of laughter throughout the scenes in Jackie's flat. Samuel: "She's got a crush on him!" Mum: "He's a bit slow, isn't he?" Adam: "I suppose so."
(30) Elton has realised that he "liked someone else even more". Who can it be? "ELO, obviously", snorts Mum.
(31) Elton and Kennedy argue, and there's relief and laughter as Elton leaves with Ursula, though Mr Skinner's staying behind... Samuel is frustrated: "We haven't seen what's happening!" Adam shivers as he thinks about what could be going on back in the building. Amy has a sudden realisation about Mr Kennedy - "He's a monster!"
(32) But wait! Ursula is returning for her phone! Samuel's wish has come true, and he doesn't like it any more: "Oh no! We are going to see it!"
(33) There's lots of laughter from the family as Mr Kennedy decides he likes the name "Abzorbaloff". Adam's more concerned about the reason for Kennedy's eggZEEma: "Ewww! Those faces are so freaky!"
(35) Dismay from the whole family as Ursula is absorbed. There's a shock as the Abzorbaloff leaps the desk. Harry, followed quickly by Amy, runs out of the room and hides behind the door! "Woah, he's fast!" shouts Harry from his safe vantage point.
(38) A big laugh when we hear about the planet Klom. Everyone is... er... absorbed in the Absorbalof's demise. And then sad and quiet as Ursula says "Bye bye, Elton." Things get even sadder as we learn about Elton's mum. Samuel holds his own mum's hand comfortingly.
(42) "Huh?!?" exclaims Harry as he hears Ursula's voice again. And now, a big smile from Adam when the Doctor demands: "Fetch a spade!"
(43) "That's quite scary!" says Harry, pointing at what remains of Ursula. Amy nods in agreement. Samuel can't understand why Adam, Mum and Dad find the idea of "A love life with a concrete slab!" so very funny...
