The first image from this year's Christmas Special has been released - a spectacular shot of the Doctor racing through some kind of passageway whilst pointing what appears to be his sonic screwdriver.
Details are currently scarce for the episode but there's a sneak peak of it during tomorrow's Children in Need on BBC ONE. And throughout December we'll be bringing you exclusive interviews with the cast and crew, including Matt Smith and its writer, Steven Moffat.
