You tried hard at every task and in many you succeeded. You used your intelligence, a good common-sense approach and overall I think you are a great all-rounder. I would have backed to to be deserving of being in the top three.You did not deserve to go. I seriously think out of the three candidates in the boardroom you were the one who should have stayed. She did not really "support" nor agreed with Margate to be rebranded as the Team wanted. She may also have expressed her views in a non "Politically Correct" manner. In Howard's presence, perhaps then it was unbeknown to her that Howard is Gay.All the above played a part in her being fired. If none of you can't make a constructive argument,then do not be ignorant, because to succeed in the business world,youve got to be a bit big headed,and at the same time youve got to be stubborn and a good listener,so one will know where you heading. Mona to me is overqualified for this show anyway, the girl is talented,mature,calm, even when under pressure,most of all shes a natural born leader,whose got macho balls,when comes to stepping up to challenges. I have not seen that in any other candidate except Lorraine who i think will go all the way to the final and fight it out with Mona. The male candidates this year they lack steel,business strategy,knowledge and business confidence. As for Debora who is also a strong contender,much remains to be seen,because her attitude lets her down most of the time,something that is crucial if you are to succeed in the business world. I want all other candidates to pull their weights, and prove me wrong on this one,that includes katie and Ben who appear to be running out steam,and they're showing us that they will be next to go along with Howard, who has being a bit of a passanger, but i hardly make wrong predictions so this one will be an interest one to watch all the way til the end. I think katie can do better than shes doing at the moment,but it is very inspiring, watching how decisive,courageous and prompt Monas performance have been,specially the last one episode 7.Regardless of her stubborness, and strong views, Mona is a winner,she showed that last week. So lets leave constructive arguments,lets be civilised,as these candidates are doing their best.
