Walking the Lost Rivers

Someone recently posted a request for up to date maps on the lost rivers. I have found a book by Andrew Duncan, published in 2003, called Secret London (which is part of the GlobeTrotter Walking Guides) and this has guides to walking some of the rivers' routes. I also heard that there is a group that 'ghost'walks the rivers (annually) but I don't know how to get in touch with them to find out dates - does anyone have any information as I would love to participate.
