Ghosts of UG rivers.

I read somewhere that there was a haunted cellar in Tachbrook Street in SW.1 One could definitely hear the swish of someone walking dressed in a silken gown and sense a cold clammy sensation. As this house was built right over the river Tachbrook it has ben suggested that the 'ghost' was in fact the sound of the underground river surging beneath the foundations and the cellar was naturally cold and amp anyway!
