Why is it that cyclists still use the main road that runs from Topsham to the Countess Weir roundabout. When either Exeter or Devon Council has spent many thousands of pounds in providing a cycle path. Also, Why do cyclists insist on using the outside lane of Bridge Road, risking life and limb. When again there is a cycle path for them to use.
