music in pharmacies(permalink)

Hello Justin.
I have just come back from Lloyds Pharmacy in Sidford and had to put up with the most awful "musac". It was worse than the terrible noise that call centres use! Every so often it was interrupted by an advert. When I complained I was told that it had been installed on the orders of head office and even though the staff had received many complaints "they would not remove it".
My first thought was to complain to Lloyds and then I had an even better idea. I can't be the only listener to Devon's Call who objects to being forced to listen to non-stop noise. Until Lloyds remove this intrusion into "my personal space", I shall be getting the bus into Sidmouth and shopping at Boots.
