I wrote a piece on the good fortune it is to live and work here, and how important it is for us to experience such a place, appreciate how we are given energy by being here where there is space and beauty all year round - and how it is one of the loveliest places in the UK, despite the usual snags to be found anywhere - ridiculous house prices, occasional pollution and so on. I could do more, but this is a first try - from a published writer!
