Intro

My introduction to sci-fi came originally through books. As a young boy , I was an avid reader , and couldn't sleep without something to read.It could be anything to begin with ,just words in a row , but when I was eight , I discovered H.G. Wells , and Robert Heinlein and my fate was sealed. My sinful habit drove me on , and I embraced moving pictures , such as "Quatermass" , and "The Time Machine". Now there was no stopping me , and I have spent the intervening years blissfully roaming through every possible variation of sci- fi and science fantasy , and love every minute of it. More recently , I have leaned toward british sci-fi ( one example would be the t.v. series "Ultraviolet" ) as I found it darker and more disturbing than some U.S. material
