Roaming Wild Space

vendrant writes about Firefly

Joss Whedon

2002

TV: Firefly.
Creator: Joss Whedon

Encapsulated. Would you recommend this? why?

Yes. TV can throw out some odd combinations, I mean TMNT who would have thought it, but when it comes to unique sci fi wheadon's gunslinging, space western has all the charm and character to make it a great series.

Time and Space: When and where I first encountered it

2006 at university

Recollection and revelations

I saw an advert on the sci fi uk website.
I later watched the show with a friendand from then on I was hooked. I watched all the episodes and bought the series on dvd. Then saw the film Serenity. Now I'm off to have a look at the Firefly comics.

Before this...

Star Trek the Original Series

Before this was a bit of a slow year, but the sci fi channel started showing re runs of Star Trek

After This

Red Dwarf

Halarious is all I can say.
