Encapsulated. Would you recommend this? why?

This is a classic story of a totalitarian society. If you like 1984 or Brave New World, then this book is for you.

Time and Space: When and where I first encountered it

I first watched the film of this in about 1989. I was still at school so quite young.

Recollection and revelations

I watched it by chance one night, probably because my parents were! I was addicted quite early on in the film, and find the idea of this sort of society fascinating in a horrific way. I guess it is stories like these that make me value my freedom so highly.
