Once you've seen one Harryhausen film you just have to see them all. I scoured the Radio Times for years until I was sure that I had.

I first saw this movie in 1964 at the age of 11.
I saw it advertised on a poster one day when my mother took me shopping in my home town of Leeds.

First Men in the Moon
H G Well's trip to the moon brought to life by Ray Harryhausen's amazing modelwork.
Outstanding special effects from stop-motion magician Ray Harryhausen add further lustre to director Nathan Juran's colourfully engaging tale of a Victorian lunar expedition.
Based on the H G Wells novel, Lionel Jeffries is splendid as the eccentric Professor Cavor using his anti-gravity paint invention to achieve lift-off into lighthearted adventure.
Cavor, Edward Judd and Martha Hyer are then captured by insectoid creatures and manaced by a Moon caterpillar in this highly enjoyable flight of sheer fantasy.
Work nominated by aja24c.
