The Deviants hit the nail on the head with this one! Reminds me a little of my other favourite new band - Milktoast Intolerant http://WWW.MilktoastIntolerant.com Sat 29 Aug 2009 19:01:19 GMT+1 chateauMargot http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/reviews/zvqv?page=6#comment1 Ah, still have memories of early boyfriend, Steve Rig (Warren) from Petts Wood. He loved this album and Captain Beefheart and Doors, whilst I was into the Doors and Nice etc. Margot Fri 24 Jul 2009 10:48:26 GMT+1 tractorfactorsteve http://www.bbc.co.uk/music/reviews/zvqv?page=0#comment0 Yep! dead right. How surprised to find a review of this album on the beeb homepage...certainly ptooff got nowhere near radio one when it was released, though john peel wrote the sleeve notes on the original poster 'underground' release. I managed to buy the original album direct from International Times via my local record shop and it still lurks in my collection, though I don't play it much cos it is pretty crap. Mind you, I'm Coming Home still stands out for me. Good times...Steve. Thu 23 Jul 2009 21:03:35 GMT+1
