No BBK, it is either (and hopefully likely to be) an ecstatic day, or it will be a catestrophic one ... no way will it just be a sad one ! Quietly confident, but obvious tingles of apprehension too. What a day in store !!

I was seriously considering pulling a sickie today but that would have just been far to obvious to everyone I work with! Oh well down the pub for a long lunch a few beers and the big tv anyway.

It's definitely going to be both an ecstatic day and a catestrophic day. The question is who's going to be in which group when this test is over?

If England somehow managed to fail to achieve a draw or win, the English team would have to have completed one of the worst batting efforts pretty much ever in the context of the game. No BBK, it is either (and hopefully likely to be) an ecstatic day, or it will be a catestrophic one ... no way will it just be a sad one !

I'm a complete bundle of nerves at the moment and play doesn't start for another 90 minutes. I want to watch it but daren't thought the radio will be on. I'm pessimistic in life as I like nice surprises however I really am not confident about today. Please England - just survive.

jesus, after all this time it's come down to one day - just like we always knew it would.
we need to score 200 today...and we might even win if they go for a mad run chase ... but 200 more would make us safe i reckon
bet we don't though... i have a feeling this one's going to go right to the wire

Who would have thought it would all come down to this? What a fantastic series it has been! Playing the extra batsman might just be very helpful today, but lets hope England are comfortable enough for that not to be an issue Come on guys, stand up and deliver just one more time Good luck from Cape Town, South Africa

What other sport can have the spectators cheering when the teams stop playing? What a sport. Have no finger left let alone fingernails Let's all rally round the boys today and hope it doesn't come down to Gilo and Hoggie AGAIN!!!!!
