Good performance, made short work of the run chase...look forward to Thursday!

I'm sure there will be a few fireworks on Afridi's return!!

do you think they should have let Freddie sleep last night rather then keeping him up to present the sports personality of the year award?!

Well you will never know what effect that had on Flintoff. He did get a duck but I dunno how much that was down to being up at 5am. What I will say is that it is a very prestigious award for him to win so he should have been up to receive it.

Pak will not stop from here.

4-1 in Pak's favor (written in the books...)

Another 4-1 prediction!

Incredible you would thought that England were completely irrelevant and all that Pakistan have to do is turn up.

What a contrast.... 327-4 Vs 130-8(at one stage)

Was there something in the pitch?? I didn't get a chance to watch, or is it Pak's habit of coming back stronger after a sluggish start?

Well he's another threat isn't he. The thing about Afidid is that he is match winner, not that consistent but if it's his day not a lot you can do. Law averages states that he is unlikely to do it once every three games so England could be spared. What I will aslo say is that people like Inzi and Shoaib are more likely to win a game for Pakistan in the next 3 games.

Don't think the pitch was as good but England were still 50 runs short. Thought Pakistan seamers bowled very well.

Inzi & Shoaib are certainly more consistent performers, and like you say more likely to win a game for Pakistan....entertainment value with Afridi is unrivalled though!

This posting has been hidden during moderation because it broke the House Rules in some way.
