A few words of help and encouragement here on BBC Bitesize -
SG Physics 'About the Exam' - www.bbc.co.uk/bitesi...
This is equally true for the Int1 and Int2 exams.
Higher Physics 'Examination Skills' - www.bbc.co.uk/bitesi...
Again, a lot of this is relevant to the other courses - even Advanced Higher!

What happens if you can't sit your prelim?
During my SG general physics prelim on Thursday I sort of vomited and was sent home before i could do credit.
Will I get a resit?

Sorry to hear about your illness.
You aren't the first person to be taken ill in an exam, and you won't be the last, so your school probably has something in place to deal with this, as they would if you had been absent.
Arrangements are different in every school, but there should be an opportunity to catch up at some point.
Ask your teacher, they should know what you can do, or who else you should speak to.
As long as you are well prepared you should do well.
