"If you were talking to me, I would say the vulnerable in our society are the young, the old and the mentally insecure. However, that probably is a cliche in itself."
Vulnerable today seems to be a word thats thrown around without any definition or any real context.
Someone who is disabled is by definition vulnerable but the old are only vulnerable if they are poor and children are only vulnerable if they have inadequate or abusive parents.
