i use iplayer almost daily, from mobile devices.
the issue i have is that while some items like the films section are changed very regularly, some sections it seems are updated quarterly.
the history section for instance, Greek Hellenic cruises...its been there since before Christmas.......the same for all of the sir Mortimer items.

is it the BBC's intention to keep them up all year...?....can we please have some other items, if not instead of, possibly as well as the already existing ones.....its May now, Christmas was a while ago.

I too have an issue with the listings/what's available on the Iplayer.

It seems that when I search for things on my mobile device they are often there immediately after airing whereas on my tv it's not.

Or, searching for the same programme on the tv through different options (e.g the red button iplayer versus catch up/on demand iplayer) offers different results, when surely it's the same Iplayer listings that I'm searching through.

Most frustrating. Okay pershaps not, but a teeny bit annoying that you have to exhaust every search option available to satisfy yourself that it is or isn't there.

I too have an issue with the listings/what's available on the Iplayer.
Probably because it's not easy to keep availability in perfect sync across three quite different platforms (and the easiest way to do so would be to *delay* availability until all the platforms had something....)
