Some interesting aspects, though a bit 'dramatised', if you know what I mean. Felt more like something you'd find on one of the commercial channels. One puzzle - unless I got the wrong end of the stick, they stated that U-1003 lost 33 men (IIRC), with 16 survivors. However, according to the figures on uboat.net (generally very reliable) it was almost the exact opposite: 17 lost, with 31 survivors.

It was interesting enough, but it did rather flit around from diving for wrecks to looking for an underground bunker, to GI brides!
Maybe the jigsaw will resolve itself as the series progresses?
