Room 101 is being repeated. This week's show was, generally, a lacklustre affair but for one exchange involving the insufferably tedious Danny Baker. Baker was prattling on about wanting to do away with panel shows (the 'joke' being that he's on one). Skinner pauses and then proceeds to wipes the smug look off Baker's chops with the line "I think you don't like panel shows because you don't like other people talking". Nothing back from Baker at all.

    the insufferably tedious Danny Baker.

I don't think I'd go that far, but he DID refer to something, during a statement he'd actually written and was reading from, as "juvenalia".

For god's sake - if you're going to do something as lazy and yet pretentious as reading from a written statement as part of your contribution to a panel show, at least have the wit and conscientiousness to avoid such an asinine mistake.
