What a disappointment the latest series has been. Two new Dragons who don't seem to have any thoughts of investing unless everybody is interested, and Duncan insisting on belittling some people when he has no interest in their proposition. Clearly Peter is the leading investor with Deborah fulfilling a niche function. Her insight is often illuminating though.
Please can we have a more positive show? I saw something similar in the USA and there were lots of successful pitches in each show. It was entertaining watching the investors trying to outsmart each other to get the best deals. Of course the occasional "character" with a hopeless idea is entertaining, and I don't forget that this is a TV show not an investment programme, but for me, more pressure on the Dragons to invest and fewer smart alec remarks would be most welcome.
