    I think I once asked about this ages ago but I cannot recall getting an answer. Basically I cannot remember when I last saw any antique weapons, duelling pistols and the like, be bought for valuation on the ATR. I found myself wondering, in all seriousness, if the owners of such items are fearful of being tasered if they produce them in public.

I found myself wondering, in all seriousness, if the owners of such items are fearful of being tasered if they produce them in public.  Your probably right, if some one brought in an antique weapon a person in the congregation with a bambi complex would have a touch of the vapours and phone the police saying there's a madman running around with a weapon.
    Next thing you'd know, there would be men in balaclavas and bullet proof vests toting sub-machine pistols surrounding the place ordering every one to lie face down in the dirt.
    I mean you don't even have to have a weapon of any sort, all it takes is a white stick used by a blind man.
    You couldn't make this up really, and I didn't. smiley - biggrin
