Looking forward to this. One thing I won't be doing however is making the mistake again of going to Proms in the Park. The one time I went it was just a rabble of chatterers and kids, the dog end of the music (with a few highlights) and some hideous pop group (Simply Red) who played song after song after song after hideous song until we were praying for the ground under the stage to open up.

Why didn't you go to a real prom? It's great and very cheap. though you get a bit of a numb bum from sitting on the floor. Mostly for the young I think, if you are not, best buy a seat.
