I know this was aired a while back but couldn't see a thread. I caught up with it at the insomniac's 3.00 am showing last night and it was worth being awake for. I liked, the presenter, Alastair Sooke's articulate exposition of Lichtenstein and, particularly, his debate with the Watchmen comic book designer ( Dave Gibbons?) over whether Lichtenstein was high art or plagiarism - where I tend to think that Gibbons won. All round, nice to see an intelligently put together and presented programme on modern art.
