What annoys me is the way they give lists on screen for the contestants to answer from.

Don't give any suggested answers.... just let the contestants show their general knowledge and come up with their own answers!!

A completely different film to Beowolf!

IMDB is pretty much a good resource to check things like this.

Eh? Are you suggesting it should be multiple choice????

    That simply would not work.

They have to have 'closed' groups or they would have to research the contestants' answers after the event. Suppose the question was 'Name a composer active in Vienna in the 1860s', you might get some smart-ass contestant (eg me) who would come up with someone the researchers had never heard of..

PS (to other posters) It's Beowulf, not Beowolf.
