I know that its not only the BBC that does it but its so annoying when there is talking at the end of programmes over the theme tune and when credits are squeezed down so unreadable.
this is both an insult to programme makers and also the people that worked on them.
many times its unique piece of music or song thats been heard for the first time.some programmes like the white van ,for instance had a different tune ending each episode
