I love Nigel Slater. What a shame the camera person who shot this series doesn't understand what you need to see in order to know how to cook a particular dish. So far, I've seen drops come out of a bottle, many close ups of Nigel's face, supposedly clever angles on the cooking pan but very very little of what is in the pan and the process Nigel is actually using to create the dish. I've tried to watch this and switched it off every time. I wonder if Nigel thinks it's good.
