I watched the programme on Sunday 24th Oct.
I attempted to understand what language Daniel Danker, General Manager BBCi was speaking in.
It was not English and nor was it American. It was filled with jargon and claptrap.
Finally I realised that he was talking BBC.
No wonder that the BBC is so out of touch with it's viewing public.

He was saying the changes to Iplayer were designed to give us a more elegant viewing experience - he was a right Danker.
